5.4. Disposing of the drying agent

Ensure that drying cells are exchanged by Sterling or refilled only when empty.

Dessicant must be disposed of in accordance with all official regulations.

Used dessicant are to be disposed of as hazardous waste, as it may be contaminated with foreign substances from the materials dried in the system.

Used dessicant drying beds cells containing useddessicant cannot be returned to Sterling.
