2 Cu. de polvo para preparar

l-1/3 taza de leche*

sopa de cebolla

*se puede usar leche descremada o con poco contenido de grasa

Precaliente la Wafflera. Ponga todos los ingredientes en un recipiente grande. Bata a velocidad baja hasta incorporar todos los ingredientes. Vacie en los platos 1/2 taza de la masa. Cierre la Wafflera, hornee hasta que ya no salga vapor,

de 3 a 5 minutos. Repita. Sirva los waffles calientes poniéndoles encima Tuna à la King o cualquier otra entrada preparada a base de crema.

Precaliente la Wafflera. Ponga todos los ingredientes en un recipiente grade, excepto las claras de huevo. Mezcle a velocidad baja hasta que todo se incorpore. Aumente la velocidad a media y bata hasta que la masa esté tersa. Incorpore las claras batidas a mano. Vacíe 1/2 taza de masa en la Wafflera. Cierre y cueza hasta que

no salga vapor, de 3 a 5 minutos. Repita la operación. Sirva los waffles calientes cubiertos con lo que prefiera.

Waffles de Nueces o Macadamias: Espolvoree en las rejillas previamente calentadas una taza de nueces o macadamias finamente picadas. Vacíe sobre las nueces 1/2 taza de masa para waffles y cierre la Wafflera. Cueza como se indicó.

Waffles de Tocino: Fría las tiras de tocino. Vacíe en los platos 1/2 taza de masa. Ponga 1 tira de tocino, partida a la mitad, sobrre la masa y cierre la Wafflera. Cueza como se indicó. Waffles de Qúeso: Incorpore en la masa l-1/2 taza de queso cheddar rallado.

Cueza como se ha indicado. Sirva los waffles con jarabe o su intrada de crema favorita.

Waffles de Arándano: Incorpore en la masa 2 tazas de arándanos frescos. Vacíe sobre los platos 3/4 de la masa. Cueza hasta dorar.

Waffles de Chocolate: Incorpore en la masa 1 taza de chocolate rallado. Cueza como se ha indicado.
