Fryer features 2400 watts of power and a 1.25kg cooking capacity. The deep fryer has been designed with ‘cool-zone’ technology for healthier deep frying. The element is suspended in the oil to create a ‘cool-zone' at the bottom of the vessel.

This results in cleaner oil and more precise temperature control while cooking. The ‘cool-zone’ also prevents cooking debris from gathering around the element and burning effectively doubling the life of the oil. Providing a safe and simple way to cook, the deep fryer’s basket is easily lifted in and out of the cooking vessel by its cool touch handle.
