12.Check the espresso pour. The ideal pour is dark and caramel with reddish reflections. The pour should hang vertically on each spout and resist like dripping honey.
Tip: Refer to the espresso gauge on the espresso machine as this will help indicate the quality of the pour.
13. Serve espresso immediately.

Tip: After each use of the espresso machine we recommend that a small amount of water is cycled through the group head as this will wash out any old or used coffee grinds stuck to the underside of the group head. Simply press the ‘MANUAL’ button and allow some water to run through.
