Fish Fillets with lemon and herbs

2 tablespoons olive oil ¼ cup lemon juice
1 tablespoon thinly sliced chives
1 tablespoon finely chopped dill salt and freshly ground black pepper
4 (150g each) boneless white fish fillets chips and salad leaves, to serve
