Spiced Breakfast Fruit
Serves
4 large green apples, peeled, cored, halved
4 large pears, peeled, halved
½cup dried apricots 400g fresh dates, pitted
1 tablespoon finely grated orange rind
½cup orange juice
2 cinnamon sticks ½ cup honey
Vanilla Yoghurt or fresh ricotta, to serve
1.Place the fruit, rind, juice and cinnamon in the pan. Drizzle with honey.
2.Place the lid on. Using the Slow Cooker mode cook on LOW for 8 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
3.Serve warm or cold with yoghurt or fresh ricotta.
This makes a great breakfast! Why not put your Slow Cooker on before you go to bed and wake up to a warm cooked breakfast and sweet smelling home!
Choc-Cherry and Coconut Self-Saucing Pudding

2cups
¹⁄³ cup cocoa
1 cup caster sugar
200g unsalted butter, melted
1 cup milk
