Content Server User Guide
Creating Conferences
Call information
Recording Alias. Choose the re cording alias to use.
Your Administrator will have given you your own
Personal Recording Alias to us e or will advise you
which System Recording Alia s to use.
Select an “alias for live streami ng’ if the conference
is to be viewable live, or immediately a fter it has
finished. Conferences recor ded with ‘non-live
streaming’ aliases will not be avai lable for viewing
until their outputs have been proc essed. How soon
your recorded-only calls wil l be available for viewing
will depend on how many other confe rences the
Content Server is processi ng at the time. You
can see if your conference is bei ng processed by
choosing Pending from the View Confere nces
menu.
Template Output Description. Shows the o utputs
the Recording Alias will create.
Dial Number. The number of the endpo int you want
to call.
Bandwidth. Connection speed for recording t he
call.
Call Type. H.323 or SIP.

If you have Owner Privileges, you c an make ad hoc recordings fro m the interface.
