When the Auto-Stop warning light is on, it is normal for the thermostat light to remain off.

-Shaketheirongently,overthesink,untilsomeofthewaterinthewatertank(withthe

impurities)hasflowedoutthroughthesoleplate.

-Attheendoftheoperation,pushtheanti-calcvalvebackintoposition.

-Turntheironbackonfor2minutes,settingitonitsheel,todrythesoleplate.

-Unplugtheiron,andwhenthesoleplateisjustwarm,wipeitwithasoftcloth.

2.Cleaningthesoleplate

Yourironisequippedwithaself-cleaningsoleplate,whichworksbycatalysis. Itsexclusiveactivecoatinghelpscontinuouslyeliminatealltheimpuritiesgeneratedbythe normalday-to-dayuseoftheiron. However,ifyouironusinganunsuitableprogramme,sometracesmaybeleftwhichrequire manualcleaning.Inthiscase,itisrecommendedthatyouuseasoftdampclothonthewarm soleplate,inordernottodamagethesurface.

Recommendations: the self-cleaning function helps to slow down the scaling up of your iron.

Note!

The steam control position must necessarily be on STEAM (fig.1.2)in order to remove or replace the iron's antiscale rod.

Attention!

The use of a scouring pad will cause damage to your soleplate's self-cleaning coating (fig.17)
