3. Set the oscilloscopefor 5 us/div on the horizontal scale and 5 mV/div (or

5 uW/div) for the verticalscale. Triggerthe scope on the negative edge of

the traceand set ground to the middle of the screen. This is equivalent to

1%/div.

4. Check that the OFF level of the square wave at approximately5 us afterthe

90% fall time point is within 16 mV (8%) of the ground level (centerline).
