Proof Mode

Place food in oven before selecting this mode.

The proofing temperature is pre-set at 100°F.

Use any rack level that accommodates the size of the bowl or pan.

Lightly cover the bowl or pan.

To Set the PROOF Mode:

1.Select once for UPPER oven. Select twice for LOWER oven.
