<Response to indicated calling party>

If, during the conversation, the called party wishes to respond the calling party indicated on the panel, he can do so by pressing either.

1. (calling party's No.) (the conversa- tion is terminated) or

2. (calling party's No.) (the conversation is placed on hold temporarily).

Calling Party Indication ( Numerical Type)

A maximum of 32 stations (No.201~No.232) can have a numerical type calling party indication panel.

1.The first conversation partner (regardless of whether he is a calling or called party) is indicated at the "Conver- sation partner number" with 7 segment display.

2.When these is an incoming call during the conversation or to the station having its Privacy in ON position, the calling station number is indicate at the "Waiting station number", with the "Number of waiting stations" show- ing 1. If there are other stations waiting, the station numbers are stored but not indicated. A maximum of 8 waiting stations can be indicated. Even if a call is cancelled by a waiting station, the indication is not cancelled.

3.When a call is placed to a station in the wating station mode, the next waiting station is indicated.

4.If a call is finished, the indication is turned off.

5.To cancel the waiting station without responding, dial and the next waiting station is indicated. *1

*1. In the case of Handset Master station TL-600M, lift a station handset and confirm that a dial tone is

heard. Press after cancelling the dial tone by pressing

1.If the number of waiting stations exceeds 8, the indication for the station that has been waiting for the longest period of time is cancelled and the next station moves into that place.

2.Produce the indication panel using the Data Transmitting and Receiving Units or use the master station HF-250M with liquid crystal display. For further details, refer to "Installation hand Book for CP Unit and Operation Instructions for the DT-E70, DR-B61 and HF-250M".
