NO CALLERID
• Check Caller ID subscription. In order to receive Caller ID for external
calls, you must be subscribed to the Caller ID service from your
telephone service provider.
HANDSETDOESN’T WORK
• Verify that the coiled handset cord jack is fully inserted into the handset.
HEADSETDOESN’T WORK
• Verify that your phone is configured for headset operation.
PROBLEMSDIALING
• Verify that the switch on the right side of the phone is in the
PBX position.
• Ensure that your setting for direct line access on the phone matches the
setting on the TalkSwitch.
MESSAGEWAITING COUNTDOES NOT WORK
• Verify that you extension is programmed in TalkSwitch as a TS-200.
CAN’TRECEIVE ON-HOOK INTERCOM CALLS
• Verify that you extension is programmed in TalkSwitch as a TS-200.
CAN’TRECEIVE SET PAGING
• Verify that you extension is programmed in TalkSwitch as a TS-200.
