NO CALLERID
Check Caller ID subscription. In order to receive Caller ID for external
calls, you must be subscribed to the Caller ID service from your
telephone service provider.
HANDSETDOESN’T WORK
Verify that the coiled handset cord jack is fully inserted into the handset.
HEADSETDOESN’T WORK
Verify that your phone is configured for headset operation.
PROBLEMSDIALING
Verify that the switch on the right side of the phone is in the
PBX position.
Ensure that your setting for direct line access on the phone matches the
setting on the TalkSwitch.
MESSAGEWAITING COUNTDOES NOT WORK
Verify that you extension is programmed in TalkSwitch as a TS-200.
CAN’TRECEIVE ON-HOOK INTERCOM CALLS
Verify that you extension is programmed in TalkSwitch as a TS-200.
CAN’TRECEIVE SET PAGING
Verify that you extension is programmed in TalkSwitch as a TS-200.
