
SHRIMP QUESADILLAS
1/2 cup (4 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese

1/4 pound small shrimp, cooked and coarsely chopped
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1/4 cup guacamole or Thousand Island salad dressing
