8.2.6 Heart rate zones

Exercise zones are established by setting the Upper and Lower Heart Rate Limits. You can use the fitness (preset limits = 65% and 85% of the EMHR) or your own customized limits.

Use the following Heart Rate Zone Chart to select the zone you wish to exercise in.

You should consult a medical professional when selecting a training zone, especially if you have a heart condition.
