Regarding restrictions on Scan to SMB/FTP/OTHER

Scan to SMB/FTP/OTHER is restricted depending on the Role Based Access Control setting as follows:

yWhen “File Share” is OFF, the [SCAN TO SMB], [SCAN TO FTP] and [SCAN TO HOLD QUEUE] buttons are unavailable.

yWhen “e-Filing” is OFF, the [SCAN TO MAILBOX] button is unavailable.

yWhen “File Share” and “e-Filing” are OFF, the GA-1211/GA-1310 specific scan menu is unavailable.
