-Pull out and insert the EARBUDS and wired remote control with the power off.
-Insert the plug of the wired remote control firmly to the end. Incomplete
insertion may disable the remote controller operation, although sound may be
heard.
-Do not connect any equipment other than the EARBUDS and wired remote
control directly to the headphone jack of the unit. Doing so may cause a
malfunction.
/Note
-You can also select and play back the tracks from “ALBUM”, “GENRE” and
“FOLDER”.
-Touch the center of the Plus Touch in the steps c~f to play back the tracks.
-WMA data that is copyright protected in Windows Media DRM10 might display
the errors described below and not be playable.
1)“PLAY LIMIT EXCEEDED” (The play limit during which play back is possible
has been exceeded and playback is not possible.)
2)“SYNCHRONIZE WITH THE PC” (The message is displayed when the
gigabeat hasn’t been connected to the PC for a prolonged period or after a
reset. In this circumstance, a USB connection is made with the PC and
playback becomes possible upon synchronization with Windows Media
Player 10. The same message may be displayed when the play limit has
been exceeded. Follow the same procedure (1)).
