Reach Destination
104 Stratagy ES User Guide 07/09
Reach Destination
After listening to your company’s instructional greeting and saying the user’s name,
Stratagy ES follows this procedure:
Stratagy ES identifies the name and transfers your call to the user’s mailbox.
If Stratagy ES is not sure about the spoken name, it prompts you with the name
match it has made and requests that you confirm the choice by saying “yes” or “no.”
If you say “yes,” Stratagy ES transfers your call to the user’s mailbox.
...or if StratagyES cannot make a match for the spoken name (first or last nam e) or
you say “no” when prompted to confirm the spoken name, it prompts you to repeat
the name. If Stratagy ES recognizes the name when you repeat it, it transfers your
call to the user’s mailbox.
If Stratagy ES still cannot identify the spoken name, it prompts you to spell the first
and last name. If Stratagy ES recognizes the name, it transfers your call to the user’s
mailbox.
...or if Stratagy ES cannot make a match, it transfers your call to the company
operator.
Note At any time during these steps, you can say “operator help” and reach the
company operator.
Access Your Mailbox
After listening to your company’s instructional greeting and speaking one of the login
commands (i.e., mailbox login, mailbox logon, user login, user logon, access mailbox,
log me in), Stratagy ES follows this procedure:
Stratagy ES prompts you for your name. If StratagyES recognizes the name, it then
prompts you for your password.
...or if StratagyES does not recognize the name, it follows the sa me steps as in
“Reach Destination” procedure except it does not transfer you to an operator as a
final solution. Instead, StratagyES requests that you hang up and try again.
You enter your password using the telephone dial pad. Stratagy ES gives you access
to your mailbox.
