...or before sending the

message, you can use

any of the following

options:

1Review recording The recording plays.

2Re-record

Press # when done.

The system prompts you to record at the beep.

3Append recording

Press # when done.

The appended recording plays after the already

recorded portion of the message. The system

prompts you to record at the beep.

4Select Additional

Destinations Send the message to additional destinations.

(See Step 2 on page 40 for instructions.)

7Special Delivery

Options You can send a message as urgent, private, or

with a return receipt request. The settings may

be used in any combination and may be changed

prior to sending the message.

See “Special Delivery Options” on page 48 for

instructions on using this option.

8Set Future Delivery You can have your message delivered at a future

specified time and date. See “Future Delivery”

on page 49 for instructions on using this option.

*Cancel reply Cancels the reply and returns you to Step 3 on

page 46.

** Cancel and Return

to the Main Menu Cancels the message and returns you to the

Main Menu.
