Using Hibernation

4Click Apply.

5Click OK, then close the Control Panel.

Starting again after Shut down

To start the computer up again, press and release the power

button. The on/off light turns on.

Using Hibernation

Follow these steps to power down the computer using

Hibernation:

1Click Start, select Shut down computer.

The Turn off computer dialog box appears.

2Hold down the Shift key.

The Stand By option changes to the Hibernation option.
