Taking Photographs Continuously (Burst Photography)

In this mode, photographs are taken continuously at a maximum speed of 0.8 second intervals. The maximum number of photographs that can be taken continuously is three photographs.

Images are not recorded directly to SmartMedia™ but are stored temporarily within the buffer memory. After photography is finished, check the images and record the selected ones to SmartMedia™.

Carry out steps 1 to 2 in “Manual Settings” (page 58).

select [ ] and press ENTER.

Pressing ENTER selects the setting.

Press ENTER.

[ ] is displayed on the LCD monitor. The camera is ready for burst photography.

If burst photography is set when the shutter speed is set to a speed of 0.7 second or more in the [ Tv ] mode, the shutter speed is automatically changed to 1/2 second.
