Your fax machine documents all fax

messages which you send or receive in

the form of sending and receiving

journals. This list is automatically printed

out whenever 40 documents have been

sent or received.

You are able to disable this automatic

printout facility, so that it can only be

activated at your request.

Following selections can be made:

1. Printout after pressing journal button

• TX journal only

• RX journal only

• TX/RX journal

2. Automatic printout after 40

transmissions

3. Error code is printed

•ON

• OFF

standby mode
