SRS WOW™sound effects

SRS WOW™is a suite of audio effects which use the

stereo signals being broadcast to produce enhanced sound

from the television’s speakers. If mono sound is broadcast

only TruBass will be available.

SRS 3Dgives a rich sound experience, FOCUS

concentrates the sound and gives the effect of it coming

from the centre of the television, TruBassenhances the

lower bass frequencies.

Stable sound®

The Stable Soundfeature limits high volume levels on the

TVspeakers, preventing the extreme changes in volume

that can occur when channels are changed or a

programme switches to a commercial.

Bass boost

In the SOUNDmenu press Qto highlight Bass

boost. Use SorRto select On.

Then press Qto highlight Bass boost leveland

using SorRadjust to suit your preference.

When an active Super Woofer is connected to the Woofer

Out connection on the back of the television, select AV

connectionin the SET UP menu, press Qto highlight

Wooferand using Sor Rselect External. (See 'Input

Selection and AV Connections'section).

Bass boostenhances the depth of the sound on the TV

speakers. The difference will only be noticeable on sound

with a strong bass.

Press MENUand select the SOUND menu.

Use Por Qto highlight WOWthen press OK.

Press Qto highlight SRS3D and using

SorRselect between On or Off.

Then press Qto highlight FOCUSand press

SorRto select between On or Off.

Highlight TruBassand use Sor Rto select Off,

Lowor High to suit your preference.

NOTE:This feature is not available through

headphones.

Use Qto highlight Stable Sound then press

SorRto select On or Off.

Dual – analogue only

If a programme or film is being broadcast with a

soundtrack in more than one language, the DUALfeature

allows selection between them.

Use Qto highlight Dualthen press Sor Rto

choose between Dual 1or Dual 2.
