Communication Interfaces

TRANE Communication Interface (TCI-R) board

This is an electronic board, factory- mounted in the main control panel, needed to allow communication between a TRANE Integrated Comfort system (TRACKER or Varitrac CCP2) and the unit. (COM3- COM4)

LON Communication Interface (LCI-R) board

This is an electronic board, factory- mounted in the main control panel, needed to allow communication on a LonTalk® Network at the unit level.

LonTalk®. Communication Interface (LCI-R) board

This interface board allows Voyager units to communicate on a LonTalk® Network at the unit level. Network variables are based on the LonMark®. Space Comfort Controller Functional Profile Template. The LCI- V uses a Free Topology transceiver FTT-10A. The FTT-10A transceiver supports non-polarity sensitive, free topology wiring, allowing the system installer to use star, bus, and loop architecture. The LCI-V can also be connected to an optional High Temperature Limit Switch if installed with the rooftop unit. For more information, see attached manual LTCI-IN-1.
