Using the phonebook

You can store your 50 frequently used names and numbers in the phonebook for easy dialling.

Store a phonebook name/number Phonebook entries are stored alphabetically.

1	Press	menu/ok	.
2	Press	cid	or	to select PHONEBOOK.
	Press	menu/ok	.
3.	Select ADD ENTRY. Press				menu/ok	.
4	NAME ? appears. Enter name using the keypad,
	then press		menu/ok	.
	Stored names can be up to 12 letters long.
	Press	clear	to delete an incorrect letter.
	To enter a space, press				1	.

Entering names

For example, to enter the name JOHN:

For J, press once.

For O, press three times.

For H,			press twice.
For N,			press twice.
Press	menu/ok	.

5NUMBER ? is displayed. Enter the number.

Press menu/ok .

Stored numbers can be up to 20 digits long. Press clear to delete an incorrect digit.

	Press	menu/ok		.
6.	MELODY 1 is displayed. Press cid					or	to
	select a tone type and press				menu/ok	.
	The phonebook entry is now stored.
Press clear			to exit the phonebook menu and return
to standby at any time.
