Phonebook
• Use to access the phonebook list
Redial/Flash
• Press to access the redial list.
• Press during a call for flash function
Temporary Tone
• Use to set up the conference call
Microphone
Up
• Press during a call to increase the earpiece volume.
• Use to scroll through the phonebook,,menu, redial list, or CALLER ID log.
• Press to increase the handset ringer volume when the phone rings.
Menu/OK
• Press to access the menus.
• Press to confirm a setting.
• Press and hold to power on/off the handset.
• Use with # key to switch the handset keypad lock On/Off.
Hook
• Press to make and receive calls.
• Press to end calls.
Intercom
• Use when making internal calls, conference calls or for transferring calls (if you have more than one handset registered to your base).
Speaker/Pause
• Used for hands free mode.
• Press and hold to enter a pause.
#/Lock
•Use after pressing menu/ok key to switch the handset keypad lock On or Off.
