1. Press IMANUAL) .

2. Press( PROG I....

	Select
	ALPHAor CTCSS
Then press IALPHA).	. ,~

3.Enter the channel number with

the alpha characters you want to delete, then press ~.

4.Turn the Rotary Tuner and select the space between the "9" and the "I " characters.

5. Press~	to erase the first
letter.

Select chan ~8t from 1 to :>0'(1)\
