If the keypad does not respond:
•Refer to user documentation for the particular application in use.
•If the problem persists, contact your VeriFone distributor or service provider.
If an incorrect response or data is obtained:

If “Tampered Device” is displayed on the screen and the keypad is inoperable contact an authorized service representative.
