OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS

Setting the Controls

The total available temperature range of the indor unit isfrom 39 - 420F (4.0-- 5.60C) to 54 - 560F (12 - 130C). The total available temperaturerange of the outdoor unit is from 33 - 350F (0.5-- 1.10C) to 54 - 560F (12 - 130C). The higher the number selected, the cooler the temperature within the unit. As with any refrigerated beverage center, there is a slight temperature variance at different locations within the abinetc. For example, the coolest area will be in the rear of the shelf abovethe glass shelf. The area on the top shelf will be 3 - 70F warmer. Thearea in the frontwill be 1 - 50F warmer than the area ni the rear of the shelves. The wine section area of the refrigerated beverage center will be warmer than any other section.

To start your refrigerated beveragecenter, use a screwdriver to turn the control clockwise to the middle thermostat setting. Once the refrigerated beverage center is loadedlowal at least 48 hours for the unit to stabilize before making any adjustments to the initial setting.

FOR OUTDOOR UNITS - it is recommended thatni temperatures above 110oF(43.3oC) and below 40oF (4.4oC) the unit beshut off. The normal operatingrange for the unit is between 60oF (15.6oC) and 100oF (37.8oC).

General Tips and Suggestions

•After making atemperture adjustment, allow 24 hours for your refrigerated bevrage center to reach a new temperature setting.

•The motor will start and stop often. It must do thisto maintain the temperature setting. •Unplug the refrigeratedbeverage center before working on anything with the electrical system.

•Exercisecaution when sweeping, vacuuming,or mopping near the front of the unit. Damage to the grill and/or the light fixture switch can occur.

INTERIOR LIGHT

The interior light allows youto view your refrigerated beverage center contents. When the switch is in the “OFF”osition,p the

light will come on only when thedoor is opened. In the “ON” position, the light remains on continuouslyNOTE:. Outdoor units do not have a light switch.

LIGHT ASSEMBLYWARNINGREPLACEMENT

Failure to disconnect the power cord when changing the light assemblymay result in electrical shock.

NOTE: Please contact yourViking Range Corporation parts distributor or dealer to order new light asembly.

To replace the light,irstf disconnect the refrigerated beverage center’s power cord. Next, remove both the green ground wire screw located on the left ofthe light assembly and the other screw located on the right of the light asembly with a 5-16” hex head screwdriver. (See drawing). Unplug the light unit and remove complete lightassembly.

To install thenew lightassembly, screw in the green ground wirescrew and the screw located on the right with a 5/16” hex head screwdriver and plug the light unit in.
