Press and hold until the display

 

flashes as the phone searches for

 

the selected base station signal

When it finds the signal, the display shows the normal screen

You should normally leave the handset on ready to answer calls.

5When the handset is off, it will not respond to pages or incoming calls.

Making a call by pre-dialling

When you predial, you can correct the phone number if you dial it incorrectly.
