PEN TABLET TROUBLESHOOTING
If you encounter problems with the tablet portion of the Cintiq, see the following tables. Your problem may be described here, and you can try the solution offered. Also check the Notes linked to the driver download screen for the latest information updates.

Open the Wacom Tablet control panel and go to the PEN tab. Move the TIP FEEL slider toward FIRM, or select CUSTOMIZE... and increase the CLICK THRESHOLD setting. If this does not help, see testing controls and input tools.
