OPERACIÓN DEL ENCENDIDO DE CHASQUIDO

mSiempre abra la tapa antes encender los quemadores.

A)Cada perilla de control tiene su propio electrodo de encendido incorporado a ella.. Para generar una chispa debe presionar la perilla de control (1) y girarla a encendido/fuego alto (2)..

B)Esta acción generará un flujo de gas y una chispa al tubo de encendido del quemador (3).. Oirá un “chasquido” proveniente del encendedor.. También verá

una llama anaranjada de 3 - 5 de largo proveniente del tubo encendedor del

 

quemador (4)..

 

C) Mantenga presionada la perilla de control durante dos segundos adicionales

 

después del “chasquido”. Esto permitirá que el gas fluya a todo lo largo del tubo

 

quemador (5) y se asegure el encendido..

D) Verifique que el quemador esté encendido viendo a través de las parrillas de

cocción.. Deberá ver una llama.. Si el encendedor no se encendiese al primer intento, presione la perilla de control y gírela a la posición apagada y repita el procedimiento una segunda vez..

mADVERTENCIA: Si el quemador no se enciende, gire la perilla del control del quemador a la posición APAGADO y espere 5 minutos para permitir que el gas se disipe antes de tratar de nuevo o de tratar de encenderlo con un cerillo. ◆
