1 cda. Hojuelas Secas de Perejil

1 cda. Jugo de Limón

1/2 cdta. Sal de Cebolla

1/4 cdta. de Pimienta

1.Derrita la mantequilla en una cacerola pequeña a fuego lento. Agregue el resto de los ingredientes; revuélvalos para combinarlos bien.

2.Úsela para lardear pescado, mariscos, carnes o verduras al asar.

1/4 taza de Mantequilla

1/4 cdta. de Cebolla en Polvo

1 cdta. de Semillas Secas de Eneldo

1.Derrita la mantequilla en una cacerola pequeña a fuego lento. Agregue el resto de los ingredientes; revuélvalos para combinarlos bien.

2.Úsela para lardear pescado, mariscos, carnes o verduras al asar.

Frotación Italiana con Hierbas

2 cdta. Aderezo Italiano con Hierbas

3/4 cdta. Sal

1/2 cdta. Ajo en Polvo

1/4 cdta. Pimienta

1.Combine todos los ingredientes en un recipiente pequeño. Frótelo en la superficie de la carne antes de asarla.

Sándwich de Postre Dulce

1 taza Pasta de Avellana

8 rebanadas Pan Blanco, cortadas a ½ pulgada (1,3 cm) de espesor 2 Bananas, rebanadas a lo largo

16 Malvaviscos, cortados en mitades Mantequilla, ablandada

Azúcar glas, para espolvorear

1.Unte mantequilla a un lado de cada rebanada de pan y coloque 4 rebanadas de pan, con el lado con mantequilla o aceite cara abajo, sobre papel encerado. Unte sobre los lados sin mantequilla del pan una capa delgada de pasta de avellana. Añada las rebanadas de banana y los malvaviscos. Prepárelos en un sándwich.

2.Coloque cada sándwich en la parrilla precalentada por alrededor de 5 minutos. Una vez cocidos, coloque los sándwiches en una fuente y espolvoréelos con azúcar glas.

Sándwich de Chocolate y Fresa

¼ taza de Pasta de Chocolate y Avellana

12 trozos de pastel de harina, mantequilla, huevos y azúcar, cortados a un espesor de ½ pulgada (1,3 cm)

6 Fresas frescas, sin el cabito y muy finamente rebanadas

1.Unte la pasta de chocolate y avellanas sobre un lado de todos los trozos de pastel. Disponga las fresas rebanadas sobre los 6 trozos de pastel. Cubra con los trozos de pastel remanentes, con el chocolate cara abajo.

2.Ponga a asar cada sándwich hasta que el pastel quede crujiente y dorado y los rellenos estén calientes, lo que tomará unos 2 minutos.
