Before using for the first time: Wash the mixing container, dispensing valve, and

lid with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Note: Do not wash any parts in the dishwasher and do not immerse the motor base or the mixing container in water. This may permanently damage the product and void the warranty. Your new Cocoa~Latteis designed for years of service and is equipped with a long-life, low- speed motor. This motor requires several uses for initial break-in. You will notice that the motor speed and vortex action increase after the first several uses.
