7l Measure and cut filler board to proper sizes. First, measure the distance from inside one window channel to the inside of the other channel and subtract l/4”. Now subtract the width of the air conditioner and divide by 2 (see Figure 9). This will give you the width to cut each filler board. Be sure to cut the filler board across the

9l Place window gasket over top mounting angle and filler boards (see Figure 11). First, meas- ure depth of window channel. Cut notch on end of window gasket to same depth. Next, measure window width between window channels (include full depth of window channels). Now cut gasket to proper length. Cut unnotched end of gasket to match the notched end. Place gasket long groove over top mounting angle; place short rear groove over filler boards with long side facing inside.
