Lamb
Cubes	for	Remove	thawed		portions	with
Stew		fork. Return remainder to oven.
Chops		Separate	and	rearrange.
(1 inch	thick)
Pork
Chops		Separate	and	rearrange.
(% inch	thick)
Hot Dogs		Separate	and	rearrange.
Spareribs,		Turn over. Cover warm areas
Country-Style		with aluminum		foil.
Ribs
Sausage,		Separate	and	rearrange.
Links
Sausage,		Remove	thawed		portions	with
Bulk		fork. Turn over. Return remain-
		der to oven.
Loin Roast,		Turn over. Cover warm areas
Boneless		with aluminum		foil.

SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS

Meat of irregular shape and large, fatty cuts of meat should have the narrow or fatty areas shielded with foil at the begin- ning of a defrost cycle.

Do not defrost less than ‘14lb. Freeze in doughnut shape.

Do not defrost less than two 4 oz patties. Depress center when freezing.
