After cooking, stir, cover, and let stand three to five minutes or until all liquid has been absorbed.
Use this pad for fresh or defrosted fish fillets. Arrange in a pie plate or shallow casserole in a single layer. Tuck thin ends under to prevent overcooking. Cover with vented plastic wrap. After cooking, let stand, cov- ered, for one to three minutes.
