When the probe senses the temperature you selected, the oven shuts off. “End” will show on the Display and 4 beeps will sound. (You can stop the beeping by open- ing the door or by touch- ing CANCEL.) “End” will remain on the Display and a beep will sound every
30 seconds until the door is opened or CANCEL is touched. The Display will then show the time of day.

Changing the Pre-Programmed Setting
You can change the
1.Open the door.
2.Touch TEMP twice.
3.Touch the Number Pads for the new desired temperature between 90°F and 200°F If HIGH Cook Power is desired, skip to Step 6.
4.Touch COOK POWER.
5.Touch the Number Pad for the desired Cook Power.
6.Touch START.The oven will remember that temperature and Cook Power for future use. NOTE: If the electric power goes off, the oven will go back

Temperature may be changed after STARTis touched by touching TEMP the new number and START.
Cook Power may be changed after STARTis touched. Follow instructions on page 14.
Auto Set TEMP will follow the last Cook cycle if programmed.
“PROB”will show on the Display after STARTis touched if the probe is not plugged into the oven. This will only appear when Auto Set TEMP has been selected alone, or between the last Cook cycle and Auto Set TEMP selection.
“ERR”will show on the Display after STARTis touched if an incorrect temperature has been selected (under 90°F or over 200°F).
