The Self-Cleaning cycle saves you from the toil and mess that often come with hand-cleaning the oven interior. Like with the other functions of your range, you operate the Self-Cleaning cycle with the easy-to-use controls. Please review the instructions in this section to keep your oven spotless.

How	the	cycle	works
The Self-Cleaning cycle uses very high heat
to burn	away soil	and grease.	During	the		876-F	(4M’C)

We recommend a 3-hour Self-Cleaning
cycle. However, you can adjust the cycle

Before you start

Before you start the Self-Cleaning cycle, make sure you:

l Handelean the areas shown. They do not get hot enough during the cleaning cycle for soil to burn away. Use hot water and detergent or a soapy steel-wool pad for cleaning.

NOTE: DO NOT clean, move or bend the seal. Poor cleaning, baking and roasting can result.
