The following symbols are usedthroughout this guide as indicatedin their descriptions:

HAZARD INTENSITY LEVEL

There are three levels of hazard intensity identi- fied by signal words -WARNING, CAUTION and FOR SAFETI! The level of hazard intensity is determined by the following definitions:

WARNING - Hazards or unsafe practices which COULD result in severe personal injury or death.

CAUTION - Hazards or unsafe practices which could result in minor personal injury or product or property damage.

FOR SAFETY: To Identity actions which must be followed for safe operation of equipment.

The following informationsignals indicate potentially dan- gerous conditionsto the operatoror equipment. Readthis guidecarefully. Knowwhen these conditionscan exist. Lo- cate all safety devices on the machine. Report machine damage or faulty operation immediately. Do not use the machine if it is not in proper operating condition.

Block machinewheels before jacking

SAFETY

WHEN TRANSPORTING MACHINE IN A TRAILER:

Make sure the ramp angle is no more than

 

lo', and the ram is strong enough to

 

support the milcRine.

 

Make sure ramp is clean and dry.

 

Put ramp into position.

 

Remove squeegee assembly & brushes

 

before loading.

 

Align the machine on a level surface ten

 

(10) feet behind the ramp.

 

Push machine up ramp carefully.
0Securely fastenthe machineto the trailer.
