Call from a phone that is near your HomeCentre and PC. This helps the support representative diagnose your problem. You’ll get your problem solved faster if you have the following information handy when you call:
•What is your HomeCentre’s serial number? (Check the back of the machine.)
•What version of the HomeCentre’s software firmer are you using? (Check the About box on your PC.)
•How much memory does your PC have?
•How did the problem start, what you did to try to correct it, and did you see any error messages?
