Adjusting Speaker Volume
Use the following instructions to adjust the loudness of the
speaker.
ØEnsure that the LCD displays date and time (Fax Standby
mode).
If not, press [Copy] until FAX displays, then press [Enter].
ØPress [Manual Dial]. You’ll hear a dial tone.
ØPress the or navigation keys repeatedly until you
find the required loudness. The display shows the current
volume level.
ØPress [Stop/Clear] to save the setting and return to Standby
mode.
