Closing the Keyboard Cover
1. Fold up the keyboard flap (no flap on the GT7).
2. Using both hands, carefully close the keyboard cover.
Music Rest
(GT1 and GT2 only*)
Setting the Music Rest
1. Carefully raise up the music rest.
2. Pull out the two supports at the bot-
tom rear of the music rest.
3. Push the music rest back a little so that
it rests on the supports.
Putting Away the Music Rest
1. Pull the music rest forward a little.
2. Close the two supports at the rear of
the music rest so that they sit flat.
3. Carefully lower the music rest.
*The GT7 features a standard grand piano music rest.
Lid
(GT2 and GT7 only)
You can open the lid of the
GranTouch
in the same way as you would open the lid of a grand
piano. Two props (long and short) are supplied. Use the longer prop to open the lid wider
so that the sound will be much clearer. Make sure that the end of the prop is fitted in the
inner cup. Use the shorter stick to make a smaller opening. In this case, fit the end of the
prop in the outer cup as shown.

Tip:
To protect the keyboard when you’re not playing, keep the keyboard cover closed.
