Outputs infrared control signals. Aim this window at the component you want to operate.
2Transmission indicatorFlashes while the remote control is sending signals.
Select the input source and change the control area.
4Display windowShows the name of the selected source component that you can control.
5PRESET +/–Selects preset station numbers when this unit is in tuner mode.
6A/B/C/D/ESelects preset groups when this unit is in tuner mode.
7LEVELSelects the speaker channel to be adjusted and sets the level.
8Cursor buttons k / n / l / h / ENTERUse to select and adjust DSP program parameters or SET MENU items.
9TESTOutputs the test tone to adjust the speaker levels.
0Sound field program/Numeric buttonsUse to select sound field programs or input numbers. Use numbers 1 through 8 to select preset stations when this unit is in tuner mode.
AMACRO ON/OFFTurns the macro function on and off.
BMACROUse to program a series of operations for control by a single button (see page 71).
CSTANDBYSets this unit in the standby mode.
DSYSTEM POWERTurns on the power of this unit.
EINPUT MODESets the priority (AUTO, DTS, ANALOG) for the type of signals received when one component is connected to two or more of this unit’s input jacks (see page 40).
FSLEEPSets the sleep timer.
GMULTI CH INSelects MULTI CH INPUT when using an external decoder (etc.).
