Installation Requirements
To ensure correct operation of this appliance, it must not be located where the temperatures will fall below 16oC (61oF) or rise above 32oC (90oF).
For correct operation this appliance must be :
•In a dry atmosphere
•Out of direct sunlight
•Away from extreme temperature (not next to a cooker or other source of heat).
•The appliance is heavy when fully loaded, and must be stood on a strong floor.
Avoid the following locations:
•Unheated kitchen
•Outhouse
•Conservatory
•Garage
Ventilation
Allow a 25mm (1 inch) space behind and above the appliance for ventilation.
In a recessed installation, allow an extra 10 - 15mm (½ inch) on each side for ease of installation. If the side of the unit is to be placed against a wall, allow 43mm (1¾ inch) space for proper door opening.
Levelling
The appliance has four castors. The two castors at the front of the appliance should be adjusted to ensure that the cabinet is level.
To adjust the front castors:
1.Open both doors.
2.Remove the base grille by pulling it straight out.
3.Adjust the casters by turning the adjusting bolt with a spanner until the refrigerator is level and stable.
If the freezer door is higher than the refrigerator door, raise the right corner and/or lower the left corner until the doors align across the top of the cabinet.
If the refrigerator door is higher than the freezer door, raise the left corner and/or lower the right corner until the doors align cross the top of the cabinet.
The rear castors are not adjustable.
4.Check both doors to ensure that the seals touch the cabinet on all sides.
5.Replace the bottom grille by lining up the retain- ers with the holes and pushing the grille straight on.
