Frozen Food Storage Ice & Water Dispenser
The ice and water dispenser on the freezer door
dispenses chilled water and ice.
To operate the dispenser:
1. Push the selector to “Water”, “Ice Cubes” or
“Crushed Ice”.
2. Press a glass against the dispensing arm.
3. Remove the glass to stop dispensing.
Note: When dispensing ice, release the dispensing
arm before the glass is full and allow the ice
chute to clear before removing glass.
The drip tray will catch and evaporate small spills.
The drip tray is removable and dishwasher safe.
DO NOT pour water directly into the drip tray, it
is not a drain.
The freezer door has storage compartments and
is suitable for the storage of commercially frozen
food. Follow the food manufacturer’s storage
instructions.
The inner freezer compartment is and suitable
for storage of commercially frozen food and for
freezing fresh foods.
Frozen food can be stored in any basket or drawer of
the freezer compartment
Do not exceed the storage period indicated by the
food manufacturer.
Do not open the door frequently or leave it open
longer than is necessary.
Freezing Fresh Food
The maximum quanitity of food you can freeze in 24
hours is 7Kg.
When freezing fresh foods, turn the thermostat control
in the freezer to Coldest 2 hours before loading fresh
foods.
Place the food to be frozen on the top shelf or in the
top drawer.
When the food is frozen turn the thermostat control
back to its original position.
Do not put carbonated liquids, (fizzy drinks
etc), in the freezer compartment.
Water ices, if consumed immediately after
removal from the freezer, can cause low
temperature skin burns.
Do not remove items from the freezer if your
hands are damp/ wet as this could cause skin
abrasions or frost / freezer burns.
IMPORTANT
To ensure fresh tasting water we recommend the water
dispenser is used daily.
If the water tank is not used for more than one week
flush the tank through, by drawing and discarding
approximately 8 glasses of water.
