Power Swi tch
Press up to turn ON or down to turn OFF the printer.
Active Power Light
Located at the rea r of the printer, the active power li ght indicates that electrical po wer is
energizing the prin ter.
Important • To mak e certain the pri nter cannot car ry electrical curre nt, you must sepa rate the
power cord from the power supply receptacle or AC electrical outlet. Set up your printer so
that you can handle the power cord easily if needed.
Caution • The power should be turned off before connecting or disconnecting the
communications and power cables.
