PURGAR LA TRANSMISIÓN

Para asegurar la operación y ejecución adecuada, es reco- mendado que la transmisión sea purgada antes de operar el tractor para la primera vez. Este proceso removerá cualquier aire adentro de la transmisión que se halla formado durante el transporte de su tractor.

IMPORTANTE: SI POR ACASO SU TRANSMISIÓN DEBE SER REMOVIDA PARA SERVICIO O REEMPLAZO, DEBE SER PURGADA DESPUÉS DE LA REINSTALACION Y ANTES DE OPERAR EL TRACTOR.

•Estacione el tractor con seguridad sobre una superficie nivelada para que no ruede en ninguna dirección. El freno de estacionamiento debe estar desenganchado para el procedimiento siguiente.

•Desenganche la transmisión poniendo el control de rueda libre en la posición de rueda libre (Vea “PARA EL TRANSPORTE” en esta sección de este manual).

•Arranque el motor y mueva el control de la aceleración a la posición de lento. Asegúrese que el freno de estac- ionamiento no este enganchado.

•Apretar el pedal de marcha adelante hasta el fondo, man- tener por cinco (5) segundos y soltar el pedal. Apretar el pedal de marcha atrás hasta el fondo, mantener por cinco

(5) segundos y soltar el pedal. Repetir el procedimiento tres (3) veces.

•Pare el tractor girando la llave de encendido a la posición de apagado “OFF”.

•Enganche la transmisión poniendo el control de rueda libre en la posición de conducir (Vea “PARA EL TRANS- PORTE” en esta sección de este manual).

•Arranque el motor y mueva el control de la aceleración a la posición de lento.

•Conduzca su tractor hacia adelante durante aproxima- damente cinco pies y entonces hacia marcha atrás cinco pies (150 cm). Repita este proceso tres (3) veces.

•Su tractor esta ahora dispuesto para la operación normal.

SPURGO DELLA TRASMISSIONE

Per assicurare il buon funzionamento prestazionale del trattore, si raccomanda di spurgare la trasmissione prima di mettere in funzione il trattore per la prima volta. Ciò consentirà di eliminare le bollicine d’aria che possono essersi formate nella trasmissione durante il trasporto.

IMPORTANTE: SE LA TRASMISSIONE E’ STATA SMON- TATA PER RIPARAZIONI O PER LA SOSTITUZIONE, RICORDARSI DI FARE LO SPURGO DOPO LA REIN- STALLAZIONE PRIMA DI RIMETTERE IN FUNZIONE IL TRATTORE.

•Parcheggiare il trattore su una superficie piana in modo che non si metta in movimento in alcuna direzione. La leva del freno di stazionamento deve essere disinnestata al fine di eseguire l’operazione seguente.

•Disinnestare la trasmissione attivando il comando di ruota libera.

•Avviare il motore e mettere la leva dell’acceleratore sulla posizione di lento (slow). Accertarsi che il freno di stazionamento non sia tirato.

•Premere a fondo il pedale di avanzamento, tenerlo premuto per cinque (5) secondi, quindi rilasciarlo. Premere a fondo il pedale di retromarcia, tenere premuto per cinque (5) secon- di, quindi rilasciarlo. Ripetere la procedura per tre (3) volte.

•Spegnere il trattore girando la chiavetta di avviamento sulla posizione “OFF”.

•Innestare la trasmissione mettendo il comando di ruota libera sulla posizione di marcia.

•Avviare il motore e mettere la leva dell’acceleratore sulla posizione di lento (slow).

•Fare andare avanti il trattore di circa 1,50 metro, quindi farlo indietreggiare, in retromarcia, della stessa distanza. Ripetere tre volte questa operazione.

•Il trattore è pronto per il normale funzionamento.

TRANSMISSIE ONTLUCHTEN

Voor de juiste werking en prestaties wordt aangeraden om de transmissie te ontluchten voordat de trekker voor het eerst wordt gebruikt. Hierdoor wordt lucht binnenin de transmis- sie verwijderd, die er tijdens het vervoer van uw trekker kan zijn ontstaan.

BELANGRIJK: MOCHT UW TRANSMISSIE VOOR ON- DERHOUD OF VERWISSELING VERWIJDERD MOETEN WORDEN,DANDIENTHIJNADEINSTALLATIEONTLUCHT TE WORDEN, VOORDAT U DE TREKKER GEBRUIKT.

•Parkeer de trekker veilig op een vlakke ondergrond zodat hij in geen enkele richting kan wegrollen. Voor de volgende handeling moet de parkeerrem uitgeschakeld zijn.

•Schakel de transmissie uit door de freewheel-hendel in de freewheel-stand te plaatsen.

•Start de motor en breng de gashendel naar de stand Lang- zaam. Controleer of de parkeerrem uitgeschakeld zijn.

•Druk het vooruitrijpedaal volledig in. Houdt deze vijf (5) seconden ingedrukt en laat dan los. Druk het achteruitri- jpedaal volledig in. Houdt deze vijf (5) seconden ingedrukt en laat dan los. Herhaal deze procedure drie (3) keer.

•Stop de trekker door de contactsleutel naar de stand “OFF” (UIT) te draaien.

•Schakel de transmissie in door de freewheel-hendel in de rijstand te plaatsen.

•Start de motor en breng de gashendel naar de stand Langzaam.

•Rijd de trekker ongeveer 1 meter 50 vooruit en vervolgens 1 meter 50 achteruit. Herhaal dit drie keer.

•Uw trekker is nu klaar voor normaal bedrijf.
