C H A P T E R 4 Configure the module

To combine 1000Base SX port bandwidth using Intel Device View

You must select the module connected to Port 3 on the Matrix Module as the anchor port in order for the combined port bandwidth to be suc- cesful.

Note If you are not sure which port is connected to Port 3 on the Matrix Module, use the Color Code Matrix Ports option in the Tools menu.

1Check the diagnostics in Intel Device View to ensure that no cabling errors are registered. If errors are shown, retrace the cables using the instructions in Chapter 3.

2Right-click the stack border and select Stack Setup> Link Aggregation.
