En règle générale, consultez toujours votre revendeur agréé Classé en cas de problème. Avant cela, toutefois, vériﬁez si le problème rencontré n’est pas évoqué ci-après. Essayez alors la ou les solutions proposées. Si rien ne résout votre problème, consultez votre revendeur agréé Classé.

1Pas de son, et les diodes LED des canaux ne s’allument pas.

•L’ampliﬁcateur n’est pas branché dans une prise d’alimentation secteur, ou l’alimentation n’est pas effective (disjoncteur, fusible fondu).

•Un problème ponctuel de perte de tension ou de puissance nécessite la remise à zéro du processeur interne. Débranchez l’appareil pendant au moins 30 secondes, puis rebranchez-le et allumez-le.

•Le fusible d’alimentation secteur est fondu. Voir le problème de fonctionnement #4 ci-dessous (ou contactez votre revendeur Classé).

•La tension d’alimentation n’est pas correcte. Vériﬁez la tension d’alimentation requise sur la face arrière de l’appareil.

2Pas de son, et une ou plusieurs diodes LED des canaux clignotent en rouge.

•Le circuit de protection est entré en service. Pour réinitialiser l’ampliﬁcateur, pressez et maintenez la pression pendant

3 secondes sur la touche de mise en veille Standby. Puis débranchez toutes ses prises, en entrées comme en sorties.

•Essayez de nouveau de rallumer l’ampliﬁcateur, en pressant la touche Standby. Si la diode LED continue de clignoter, c’est qu’il y a un problème de fonctionnement de l’ampliﬁcateur lui-même. Débranchez-le du secteur et portez-le chez votre revendeur agréé Classé pour vériﬁcation.

•S’il fonctionne ainsi sans problème, éteignez-le, rebranchez toutes les entrées, puis rallumez-le. S’il se remet en mode de protection (diodes clignotantes), le problème vient d’un élément du système placé “ en amont ”, probablement une tension continue parasite ou similaire. Votre ampliﬁcateur essaie alors de protéger vos enceintes acoustiques (même une faible tension continue permanente peut sufﬁre à endommager déﬁnitivement les haut-parleurs de grave en relativement peu de temps). Essayez de brancher et débrancher les différentes sources pour déterminer celle qui est la cause du problème, si cela provient d’un seul maillon ou survient en permanence (cas du préampliﬁcateur défectueux). Contactez votre revendeur pour vous aider à déterminer puis éradiquer la cause de la panne.

3L’ampliﬁcateur reste éteint

•Vériﬁez qu’il existe bien une ventilation adéquate autour de l’appareil, et que la température ambiante de la pièce n’excède pas 40 °C (105 °F).

•Passez en revue les problèmes détaillés ci-dessus (si l’ampliﬁcateur s’est mis en mode de protection).
