1.6 Hardware Monitor

Two kinds of hardware monitoring are provided with the motherboard.

An ADM 1026 chip is used to provide dedicated monitoring of voltages, temperatures and fan RPM. Specifically, it monitors CN30 and CN48’s voltages, CPU1 and CPU2’s temperatures, and finally, CN36 and CN39’s RPM.

A Super I/O chip provides fan RPM monitoring for CN32 and CN34.
